Six Sigma Green Belt (+Lean)

Course Description:

Learn to support improvement projects with high pay back. Gain knowledge of Six Sigma (process improvement tools) and Lean (Waste reduction techniques). Participants have the option to do a small project during the training with input from experienced trainers. Receive a recognized certificate and boost your career and earning potential. You can also prepare for the ASQ exam. The training includes interactive workshops, simulations, videos, practice questions and more.

Who Should Attend:

Managers and people desiring to support the corporate lean six sigma initiative or lead / facilitate a lean six sigma project.

Scheduling: Public sessions are scheduled to run 3 days in the first week, followed by a 1 week break and 2 days in the third week. This allows participants to work on lean six sigma projects, do personal study and / or identify appropriate opportunities in their work environment.

On-site Sessions Available: Training can be customized and scheduled to best suit your requirements.
