Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for the Finance & Service Sector

Learn the measures and techniques for achieving Lean Six Sigma for both products and services. Learn the highly successful, industry proven, DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) methodology of Lean Six Sigma.

Who Should Attend:
Managers and people desiring to support the corporate lean six sigma initiative or lead / facilitate a lean six sigma project.

Duration and Fee: 5 days; $1,750 + GST

Scheduling: Public sessions are scheduled to run 3 days in the first week, followed by a 1 week break and 2 days in the third week. This allows participants to work on lean six sigma projects, do personal study and / or identify appropriate opportunities in their work environment.
