This simulation-based workshop demonstrates the advantages of flow production and techniques for achieving Lean Manufacturing.

Managers, supervisors, technical staff and improvement teams.

Participants will experience the benefits of applying Lean Manufacturing techniques through active participation in a team based manufacturing simulation. Note: A minimum of 6 persons is required for this workshop to run the simulation.
